Las Vegas · Nevada Attorney & Real Estate Broker
Premier Nevada
real estate attorney
& licensed broker.
Chris Sullivan has spent nearly four decades buying, selling, and developing Nevada property — and twenty-eight years practicing law here. Ten practice areas, from partition actions and title disputes to leasing, HOA matters, zoning, and easements.

One practice, two sides
Real estate law and premises liability get treated as separate practices. They aren't.
Both come down to the same things: what a property is, what condition it's in, and who was responsible for it. The codes, the plans, the maintenance records, and the management duties that decide a development dispute are the same documents that decide a premises case.
Most real estate lawyers have never closed a deal. Most injury lawyers have never read a set of plans.
Chris is a Nevada attorney and a licensed Nevada real estate broker. He's spent thirty-nine years buying, selling, developing, and reading buildings — and twenty-eight years practicing law here.

What we do
Ten practice areas. One property practice.
Every Nevada property matter — transactions, disputes, development, and compliance — handled by one lawyer who is also a licensed real estate broker.
Partition Actions — force the sale of co-owned property
Your co-owner won't sell. You are not stuck. Nevada law lets one owner force the sale — and Chris has been valuing and selling property since 1987.
